About the Role

Westpoint Autos is looking for a tech-savvy, social, and organised individual to join our Service Bookings team across multiple sites such as Seventeen Mile Rocks and Hillcrest. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of admin, customer service, and social media interaction.

What You’ll Be Doing

Managing inbound and outbound service booking calls

Engaging with customers through online chat and social media platforms

Scheduling and rescheduling service appointments for multiple locations

Delivering a top-tier customer experience at every touchpoint

Working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless service process

What We’re Looking For

A natural communicator who enjoys speaking with people and building rapport

Tech-savvy & social media confident – comfortable engaging online and using digital tools

Strong organisational & multitasking skills – able to juggle multiple tasks efficiently

Attention to detail and the ability to retain and recall important information

A proactive and positive attitude – solution-focused and ready to learn

Some phone-based customer service experience is highly regarded
