Doggy Walking is one of Sydney’s leading dog walking and in home pet care companies. We’re growing fast across multiple suburbs and need an Operations & Growth Coordinator to join our team.
This role is perfect for someone who enjoys juggling multiple tasks, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and wants to be involved in every part of a growing business.
The Role
As our Operations & Growth Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for new clients while overseeing our admin team to ensure everything is on track for smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll make sure services are prepared and delivered to standard, step in to assist the admin team when required, and introduce new SOPs and processes to keep the business running efficiently.
You’ll also play a part in driving growth through sales, marketing, and local outreach.
Key responsibilities:
Be the first point of contact for new client enquiries — building trust and converting leads into bookings.
Oversee the admin/offshore team to ensure schedules, bookings, and reports are completed correctly and on time.
Assist in sourcing, screening, and supporting new carers to ensure we maintain a team of trusted professionals
Step in to help the admin team when needed to keep operations moving.
Identify gaps or inefficiencies and implement SOPs and workflows to improve service delivery.
Anticipate shortfalls (staffing, busy periods, client needs) and prepare solutions in advance.
Handle client questions and resolve issues with professionalism and charm.
Support growth through sales conversations, marketing efforts, and community engagement.
Report on KPIs including client growth, conversion rates, and operational performance.
About You
We’re looking for someone who:
Has customer service or sales experience (hospitality, retail, or service industries ideal).
Can multi-task and problem solve in a busy, fast-changing environment.
Is confident leading and overseeing an admin team.
Understands how to work toward and achieve KPIs.
Is proactive - able to anticipate issues before they become problems.
Has a friendly, approachable manner and can build trust quickly with clients.
