As we continue to grow, we are seeking a committed and capable PM Operations Co-Ordinator's to join our operations team.
About the Role
Working under the direction of the PM Operations Supervisor, the PM Operations Co-Ordinator is responsible for coordinating drivers and vehicles, ensuring shifts and runs are filled for the next day, closing out daily operations requirements to ensure operational excellence is met. This role plays a key part in ensuring that nightly operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently with fluidity into the overnight shift.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate drivers and vehicles for PM operations and set up for the AM runs.
Monitor run progress and provide real-time support for on-road issues
Liaise with internal & external teams and clients to ensure delivery expectations are met
Conduct pre-start and post-run debriefs with drivers as required
Assist with route planning and resolve any operational challenges including sickness, injury or other
Maintain accurate operational records and documentation
Ensure compliance with fatigue management, safety standards, and company policies
Requirements
Availability to work PM weekday shifts and rotating weekends (Shifts are generally 11am onwards)
Current MR (Medium Rigid) Driver's License (minimum requirement)
Completed TLIF0006 – Administer a Fatigue Risk Management System or willing to obtain
Ability to obtain (or current holders of):
NSW Driver Authority
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
Strong & effective communication and organisational skills
Ability to work under pressure and resolve issues in real-time
Sound knowledge of transport compliance including Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and fatigue management
Prior experience in a transport, logistics, or operations role (preferred)
