The Team:
Maintenance responsibility falls under the Hotel Services Department.
The Role:
Undertake routine and preventative non-trade maintenance to mechanical plant, machinery, buildings, and equipment. Maintain the gardens and grounds of the Campbell Town Health and Community Service facility.
You will need to:
- Be able to undertake minor/nontrade repairs and alterations to building, equipment, fixtures and fittings
- Perform outside cleaning as per maintenance schedule and as required assist with cleaning duties where scaffolding or a ladder is required. This also includes the cleaning of the fleet cars.
- Maintain lawns, gardens, waste and dirty linen removal.

Details of appointment:
Fixed term, casual, position working as and when required, commencing as soon as possible for approximately 24 months.
*notwithstanding hours to be negotiated with the successful applicant.
Applicants should note that, for a period of twelve months from the date of publication, this selection process may be used to fill subsequent or similar full time, part time, and casual vacancies.
Salary: $63,110 to $66,049 per annum (Pro rata). Our Employer 12% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022
