Motorhome Restoration & Maintenance Worker – Full Time

Are you a practical, hands-on individual with a knack for fixing, refurbishing, and improving things? Cruisin’ Motorhomes is looking for a Motorhome Restoration & Maintenance Worker to join our team. In this role, you’ll help keep our fleet in top condition, ready for our customers’ adventures.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out restorations, repairs, and general maintenance on motorhomes

Perform welding, carpentry, and other handyman tasks as needed

Repair or replace cabinetry, flooring, and internal fittings

Assist with minor plumbing and electrical tasks

Inspect vehicles and identify areas needing repair or refurbishment

Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized workshop

Deliver work to a high-quality standard, meeting safety and company requirements

Skills & Experience:

Experience in trades, handyman work, or practical repair roles

Comfortable using a wide range of hand and power tools

Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physically capable to meet the demands of the role

Reliable, punctual, and well-organized

Desirable (but not essential):

Previous experience in automotive, motorhome, campervan, or marine industries

Knowledge of 12V electrical or plumbing systems

Trade qualification in a relevant field
