Our client is seeking a Town Planner to join their boutique consultancy. You’ll prepare and assess Development Applications, manage rezoning processes, deliver studies and reports, and provide expert advice to clients across NSW and QLD. Duties

• Prepare & assess Development Applications
• Manage rezoning applications and negotiate with agencies
• Prepare planning studies & statutory/strategic documentation
• Conduct site inspections and regulatory reporting
• Research planning, social, and economic policy issues
• Consult with clients via meetings and calls
• Manage workload efficiently and to deadlines

Skills & Experience

• 3+ years’ experience in a similar role
• Consultancy experience preferred (not essential)
• Bachelor’s degree in Town Planning or related discipline
• Strong technical knowledge of statutory & strategic planning
• Excellent communication and client liaison skills
