About the Role
We’re seeking experienced Insurance Estimators to join a respected national builder delivering residential and light commercial repair work across Brisbane.

If you’re confident in scoping, pricing, and managing stakeholder expectations, you’ll find a busy but rewarding pipeline, a collaborative team, and strong systems to back you up.

Key Responsibilities

· Scope and estimate insurance repair projects (residential/light commercial)

· Prepare accurate quotes in line with insurer requirements

· Liaise with adjusters, clients, and internal teams

· Review trade reports, photos, and supporting documentation

· Ensure timely submission of estimates and smooth project handover

What You’ll Need

· Proven experience in insurance estimating or assessing

· Strong understanding of insurance repair processes and standards

· Familiarity with scoping tools (Buildxact, ScopeLogic, or similar)

· High attention to detail and clear communication skills

· Knowledge of building codes and current construction pricing
