About the role:
The establishment of Safe Spaces is one of eight key initiatives that comprise the Towards Zero Suicides Initiative. The initiatives have been established to reduce the rate of suicide in NSW by 20 per cent by 2023.
An important component of Towards Zero Suicide initiatives is the engagement of people with a lived experience of suicide, as part of a co-design process. Participate in co-design activities to help plan, implement and evaluate the Safe Spaces service model.
You will be supported in this role with supervision, debriefing opportunities and access to a senior peer. You will be supported by a highly motivated multidisciplinary team and access and support to training and professional development.
