Key Responsibilities:

As a Financial Controller, you will play a key role in shaping financial performance, providing strategic insights to executives, and ensuring robust compliance and reporting across the business.

While responsibilities vary by role, you can expect to be involved in:

• Leading end-to-end financial management, including statutory reporting, compliance, and treasury.
• Oversee timely, accurate, and compliant reporting in line with IFRS, AASB.
• Driving budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning cycles.
• Partnering with leadership teams and boards on financial decision-making.
• Managing finance teams and fostering capability development.
• Overseeing risk management, audit processes, and internal controls.

About You:

We are seeking Financial Controllers with proven experience in finance leadership, as well as senior-level accountants ready to step up into a Controller role. Ideally, you will have worked within medium to large organisations and bring:

• CA/CPA qualifications (or equivalent).
• Demonstrated success in senior finance positions with strong technical expertise in compliance, reporting, and governance.
• A collaborative leadership style and ability to influence at the executive level.
• Industry exposure to sectors such as resources, construction, manufacturing will be highly regarded.
