About the role

Priceline Pharmacy Kincumber is seeking a friendly and dedicated Pharmacy Assistant to join our team in Kincumber, NSW. This part-time role will provide you with the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment, assisting our customers with their healthcare needs. As a Pharmacy Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the overall success of our pharmacy.

What you'll be doing

Providing excellent customer service and assisting customers with their pharmacy and healthcare queries

Process sales at till

Register customers for Priceline SisterClub

Maintaining the pharmacy's inventory and stock levels

Assisting with the preparation of pharmaceutical products

Answering telephone enquiries and managing customer requests

Maintaining a clean and organised pharmacy environment

Collaborating with the pharmacy team to ensure smooth and efficient operations

Following the Priceline policies and procedures and encouraging participation in Priceline programs.

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a Pharmacy Assistant or in a customer service-oriented role

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately and efficiently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and colleagues

A passion for healthcare and a commitment to providing high-quality customer service

Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems

A friendly, professional and helpful demeanour
