Senior Electrical Engineer

Location: Perth CBD
Duration: 12-months casual contract

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare HV & LV system designs and calculations in accordance with relevant Client and Australian Standards

Prepare Power system studies including load flow, short circuit and harmonics

Specification and technical document writing

Candidate Qualifications, Experience & Skills

Australian accredited 4-year engineering degree. CPEng accreditation is highly regarded.

5-10 years of mining or mineral processing industry experience in LV & HV systems up to 33kV.

Familiar with earthing (step-touch) and lightning system design

Able to prepare / review load flow, short circuit and harmonic studies

Experience in software design tools such as Digsilent Power Factory, ETAP, SKM Power Tools, is desirable
