Engineering Manager

Location: Perth

Indicative assignment length: Initial 12-months casual contract (long-term hiring)

Projects involved: Brownfield Mining (SUSCAP)

A unique opportunity is available for an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team within a well-established and growing engineering business. With a team of around 20 professionals across mechanical, electrical, civil & structural, this role is central to driving high-quality project delivery and team performance.

This is more than just a design management role — we’re looking for a well-rounded leader who understands engineering delivery across disciplines, enjoys developing people, and wants to play a key role in shaping the future of the team and the business.

What we're looking for:

Mining experience essential, from an EPCM or engineering consultancy background

Experience leading engineering teams or operating in a senior technical/ project leadership capacity

Strong Mechanical Engineering background

Strong interpersonal and team management skills

Commercial awareness and an interest in contributing to ongoing business growth
