Wellness Concierge (Casual) — Elite Body Recovery

Location: Maroubra, Sydney NSW
Employment: Casual (afternoon shifts & weekends, with potential to grow into full-time)
Pay: $32–$38/hr + super

Elite Body Recovery is a premium recovery and wellness clinic offering state-of-the-art therapies including infrared sauna, ice baths, mild hyperbaric oxygen therapy, lymphatic compression, and red/green light therapy. We’re looking for a hands-on Wellness Concierge to join our team and deliver an exceptional client experience.

What you’ll do

Greet and host clients, creating a welcoming environment

Set up and reset treatment rooms, assist with equipment, maintain hygiene standards

Learn and confidently explain services like sauna, HBOT, lymphatic drainage, and recovery therapies

Manage bookings, payments, and client communications

Support social media, promotions, and client follow-ups

About you

Passion for health, wellness, and recovery

Great communicator — warm, professional, and people-focused

Comfortable with hands-on tasks and keeping a space pristine

Organised, reliable, and solutions-focused

Must be available afternoons and weekends

Experience in wellness, hospitality, or customer service is a bonus (training provided)
