Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and have a strong desire to step up into leadership? If so, we want you to join our team at the Marion RAA Shop! Reporting to the Marion Shop Manager. You'll provide immediate and effective solutions to our members, ensuring every interaction leaves a positive and lasting impression. This role is designed to coach and develop you, giving you the skills and experience needed to step confidently into a future leadership position.

In addition, you will:

Deliver outstanding customer service to members and customers.

Become multi-skilled and able to provide information to new and existing members about all of RAA’s extensive products including Insurance and Road Service.

Demonstrate leadership behaviours and uphold organisational values in line with company policy.

Utilise procedures and guidelines to make good business decisions for RAA and our members.

Collaborate with a supportive and dynamic team.

Hours

Monday- Friday as well as 1-2 weekend shifts per month paid at an overtime rate.

About you

You will be a confident and passionate self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a high performing culture. We are also looking for:

A genuine passion for helping others.

Shows natural leadership potential or a clear desire to grow and take on more responsibility.

Proficient with the use of computers.

Ability to build rapport with members and teammates.

Solid attention to detail and the ability to multi-task.

Previous retail or customer service experience is essential.
