THE COMPANY
We are a professional and well respected Sydney home builder, building quality homes & projects mainly in St George & Sutherland area with a very strong pipeline of work. Projects range from $1.5 - $15m+. We require an experienced Site Supervisor to join our dynamic forward-thinking company. The successful applicant will coordinate all trades on site and ensure that all company policies including safety, quality and environmental standards are adhered to by all personnel onsite.

THE JOB
Responsible for managing multiple projects running concurrently. You will be responsible for ensuring the projects run on time and within budget. Salary dependent on experience with great potential for growth.

SKILLS REQUIRED
• Experience in low & medium density residential projects from ground to completion
• Ability to support and manage subcontractors keeping a positive relationship with our long term and quality trades
• Must be pro-active and demonstrate a solid understanding of WHS, creating a safe work environment
• Attention to detail
• Planning and organisation skills with an ability to multitask.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Teamworking skills.
• Minimum 3yrs experience supervising
• White Card
• First Aid Certificate
• Good computer skills.
