We are seeking a Pre Construction Manager who can combine commercial expertise with real building knowledge and exceptional client engagement skills to help us secure our next wave of flagship projects.

The Role

This is more than a tender role. You will be the key link between SHEETH and our clients during the bid process. You will lead the end-to-end tender journey including identifying opportunities, crafting winning submissions, managing presentations, and ensuring a smooth handover to operations. Your ability to inspire client confidence will be just as important as your technical skills.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and pursue EOI and tender opportunities

Lead client meetings, presentations and negotiations

Build trust and rapport with key stakeholders throughout the tender process

Manage and guide our internal estimating team to produce compelling and compliant submissions

Drive value engineering to deliver competitive solutions

Interpret construction plans and documentation to ensure tenders are aligned with scope and buildability

Apply a sound understanding of construction methodologies and industry practices to strengthen submissions

Analyse feedback to refine future tenders

About You

3+ years of tender or bid management experience in construction

Strong understanding of construction plans, drawings and industry processes

Solid commercial, contractual and construction knowledge

Proven success in client facing roles

Exceptional communicator, confident presenter and relationship builder

Highly organised with a track record of meeting tight deadlines
