Currently supporting a highly regarded builder of bespoke luxury residences across Sydney's prestigious Eastern Suburbs. With a portfolio of architecturally designed, multi-million-dollar homes, we are committed to delivering excellence in quality, craftsmanship, and client experience.

We are seeking an experienced Construction Manager to lead and inspire the construction division. This is a key leadership role overseeing a team of 8 Site Managers and driving the successful delivery of high-end residential projects.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading, mentoring, and developing a team of Site Managers across multiple projects.
• Managing all aspects of construction delivery on luxury, architecturally designed homes valued in the multi-million-dollar range.
• Driving program, budget, and quality outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of workmanship.
• Building strong relationships with clients, architects, consultants, and subcontractors.
• Ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and company standards.

What We're Looking For:

• Proven track record delivering luxury custom homes or complex high-end residential projects.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar builds with strong financial and project management skills.
• Demonstrated leadership capability in managing and developing large construction teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and client-facing skills.
• A results-driven leader who thrives in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment.
