To support these endeavours in the new year, they are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to join their NSW division to ensure successful project delivery.

ABOUT THE ROLE.

As a Senior Site Manager, you will oversee construction works on commercial fit-out, refurbishment, and construction projects across NSW. Responsibilities will include managing the day-to-day operations of the project site, coordinating trades and contractors, and ensuring the project meets high standards in WHS, quality, and time management. You will be supported by a team consisting of a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Foreman, and Leading Hand. This role is ideal for a candidate seeking stability and a company that prides itself on excellent staff retention and a strong repeat client base.

DUTIES.

• On-site construction activity management
• Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislation
• Construction program scheduling
• Sub-contractor Management

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.

• Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent highly favourable
• Commercial experience recommended
• Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
