Affordable scapes are seeking an Administration assistant to join our team:

Our Company: We are a bulk material supply business servicing the civil and construction industry. Supplying sand, soil and other landscaping materials. We are a small, dynamic and driven team who work closely together to support one another.

The Role: You will assist the Owners, Management and sales representative with basic administration and accounts Payable & Receivable duties. You will be supported by and work closely with the company owners to ensure onsite management are supported adequately:

Creation of Quotations and other sales related documents under the direction of sales representatives.

Invoicing to clients which involves compiling numerous load dockets

Monitoring of invoicing levels in comparison to client credit limits and providing these reports to Management.

Reconciliation of company bank accounts

Reconciliation of debtor and creditor ledgers

Sending of debtor’s statements and liaising with management where required for them to facilitate debtor collection.

Other Ad Hoc administrative duties as required

Experience with Xero necessary

Experience within the civil or construction industry is well regarded but not necessary.

We can be flexible with start and finish times that suit the applicant so long as you can be consistent with those times and can work Monday to Friday.
