The Role

We’re seeking an experienced Asset Finance Broker to join our Team. In this role, you’ll work closely with brokers, lenders, vendors, and clients to structure and deliver finance solutions across a wide range of assets. You’ll be supported by a highly skilled team of Brokers and Admin staff, plus access to the latest tech, marketing, quality leads—so you can focus on building relationships and growing your portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong internal and external referral relationships to drive client enquiries

Deliver outstanding customer experiences through accurate, efficient end-to-end submissions

Manage applications from lodgement through to settlement, ensuring compliance and quality

Work collaboratively with brokers, lenders, and vendors to progress deals smoothly

Consistently exceed sales targets while maintaining Muse’s 5-star reputation (Google reviews)

What We’re Looking For

Certificate IV or Diploma in Finance and Mortgage Broking

Prior experience in Asset Finance

Strong knowledge of lender policies and submission processes

Excellent communication skills (written & verbal) and attention to detail

Ability to manage multiple applications and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

A proactive, team-focused mindset and a passion for growth

Strong ability to proactively generate new leads and nurture relationships to grow your portfolio

Lucrative commission structure – OTE $150,000–$200,000
