About the Role:
Join a leading security team on a high-profile government project based in Keilor. We are seeking experienced, professional Security Guards for regular Monday to Friday shifts, with some evenings and weekends. This is a casual role offering above award rates for eligible candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide security services on a major government project site

Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, contractors, and visitors

Conduct patrols, access control, and incident response

Travel to other sites within the western region as required

Living Away From Home Allowance (LAFA)

Regular ongoing work Monday to Friday with some evenings and weekends

Work with a reputable company on a major project

Requirements:

Current and unrestricted Security Guard Licence (Victoria) - must be valid for duration of employment

Minimum 5+ years' security experience in highly complex environments

In-depth training and understanding of the Use of Force model

First Aid Certificate

Batons and Handcuffs accreditation

Current Driver's Licence

Valid Police Check (issued within last 12 months or willing to obtain)

Government or policing background highly regarded

Willingness to travel to multiple sites in the western region

Professional presentation and strong communication skills

Certificate II in Security Operations (or equivalent qualification)

Australian citizenship or permanent residency
