Working alongside our existing team, you will be providing excellent customer services to our stakeholders and ensure our clients premises are kept safe.

Responsibilities for the position are:

· Provide customer service to staff and visitors

· Access control

· Patrol premisses

· Mitigate and defuse risk situation

· Comply with basic orderly duties throughout facilities

The successful applicant will demonstrate:

· Ability to follow instructions and work unsupervised

· Good communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to write reports clearly

· Good customer service skills and a friendly approach

Essential:

· Must hold a current Victorian Security Licence

· Must have an RSA certificate

· Must be flexible and be available to work weekday or night, weekends and public holidays on a rotating roster
