About the Role
Based in the busy Norwood store, you'll support the Store Manager in leading the team and driving an exceptional customer experience. With flexibility of 4 or 5 days a week for the right candidate, this is the perfect opportunity to balance career and lifestyle while working with beautiful product.

What you will do

Deliver premium styling and personalised service to every customer

Support the Store Manager in daily operations and leadership

Inspire and mentor the team to exceed service and sales expectations

Oversee stock presentation, visual merchandising, and store standards

What you will bring

Previous experience in fashion retail leadership (Assistant Manager or Supervisor level)

A passion for styling and building relationships with customers

High service standards and strong attention to detail

A collaborative and hands-on leadership style
