The Role
We are seeking a motivated and adaptable Project Manager to join our team. This is a versatile role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and wants to grow alongside a business that is expanding rapidly. You will oversee the full project lifecycle—from tender through to delivery—ensuring projects are completed on time, on budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple projects across civil and building sectors

Coordinate teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders

Oversee budgets, schedules, and compliance requirements

Prepare project reports, methodologies, and management plans

Ensure strict adherence to WHS, environmental, and quality standards

Build strong relationships with clients, councils, and local communities

About You

Proven experience as a Project Manager (construction/civil works preferred)

Strong organisational and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Ability to adapt to varied tasks and project types

A collaborative team player, committed to safety and quality

Relevant tertiary qualifications and/or QBCC licensing advantageous
