Acacia Eatery is a vibrant and bustling café on Sydney’s Northern Beaches, known for great coffee, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere. We’re looking for an experienced Head Barista to lead our busy coffee program (85kg/week) and bring passion, consistency, and energy to our team.

What you’ll do:

Lead the barista team and maintain high coffee standards.

Train, mentor, and inspire junior staff.

Manage coffee operations, from dialing in to quality control.

Work closely with the management team to ensure smooth daily service.
