Marketing Executive – Real Estate Projects & Developments

About Us

Gordon Corp is a dynamic property development group delivering prestige projects across South-East Queensland. We are seeking a talented Marketing Executive to join our team and help take our marketing execution to the next level.

About the Role

Reporting directly to the Sales & Marketing Director, this role is focused on executing and coordinating marketing campaigns across our developments. You’ll be responsible for driving CRM and database activity, managing funnel marketing strategies, and producing engaging content to support project launches and ongoing campaigns.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone with strong real estate or property marketing experience, confident in both digital execution and content creation, and capable of working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Manage CRM systems, database segmentation, and campaign automation (Mailchimp / Monday.com / funnels)

Develop and implement funnel marketing strategies to generate, nurture, and convert leads

Coordinate EDM campaigns and reporting

Create in-house marketing assets (social media content, EDM graphics, brochures, signage mock-ups) using Canva/Adobe

Brief and liaise with external agencies, copywriters, and designers to deliver high-level creative

Track campaign performance, providing insights and reports to the Director

Ensure brand consistency and timely delivery across all projects

About You

3–5 years’ experience in marketing within real estate, property development, or a related sector

Highly proficient with CRM platforms, database marketing, and funnel creation

Confident in digital marketing and media execution

Strong design/content skills (Canva/Adobe) to create in-house content

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects at once

A proactive problem solver who thrives in a fast-paced environment
