About the Role:
Reporting to the Senior Sales & Marketing Manager and Development Director, the Marketing Executive will support the delivery of sales and marketing strategies across the Queensland portfolio. You will:

• Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing and promotional material.
• Support the development and implementation of sales and marketing strategies.
• Coordinate reporting, data collection, and analytics to track performance.
• Liaise with sales agents, creative agencies, and industry bodies to maintain strong working relationships.
• Contribute to project launches, award submissions, and marketing collateral for display suites and digital platforms.
• Maintain social media, website content, and email communications, ensuring accuracy and consistency.

Experience Required:

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Design, Communications, or a related field.
• Experience in a Marketing Executive or Coordinator role, ideally within property development or real estate.
• Built Form experience is essential; Greenfield experience and an interest in supporting limited development tasks is highly valued, providing an opportunity to grow across both divisions.
• Strong digital marketing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Design Suite, Canva, and CRM platforms.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Proactive, collaborative, and able to thrive within a high-performing team.
