We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Law Clerk, Graduate or Solicitor to support our team in delivering exceptional results for our clients.

About the Role:

You will play a critical role in supporting our senior lawyers as they deliver first rate legal services to our clients. You will work closely with our team, handling a range of legal and administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow and matter progression.

Key Responsibilities:
Conducting legal research and preparing case summaries
Drafting legal documents, contracts, and correspondence
Assisting with due diligence, document reviews, and transaction support
Managing case files, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Coordinating and preparing legal submissions and filings
Liaising with clients, external stakeholders, and government bodies
Supporting solicitors with matter management and administrative tasks
Utilizing legal technology and case management systems to streamline work

What We’re Looking For:

Ideally you will have at least 1-2 years of experience in a commercial law firm OR a strong legal academic background with relevant internships. Training will be provided.
Strong legal research and drafting skills
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks with efficiency
Proactive, self-sufficient, and capable of anticipating team needs
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Commercially minded with an understanding of how law firms operate
Tech-savvy and comfortable using legal practice management software
Team player who can work with different personalities in a boutique firm environment
