What you’ll do

Help people get out of pain and stay out of pain (with a blend of hands-on work, exercise prescription, and holistic care).

Work alongside senior physios in a team-based model of care.

Collaborate with the whole team on treatment plans and clinic-wide improvements.

Leaning into passion areas, whether that’s sport-specific rehab, a niche client group, or something else.

Support the day-to-day running of the clinic.

Learn, grow, and be inspired by your teammates and your clients daily.

What we offer

Base Salary: $77,500 + Super 12% + 6 monthly bonuses. Salary goes up when achieving Level 2 and above.

Flexibility: Face to face hours with clients limited to 16-19.5 per week to ensure high-quality care
