The Role

Our client, a very well established law firm based in the Brisbane CBD are seeking a Legal Assistant to work on Conveyancing and Property Development matters. You will support a Partner and Team and your duties include:

• Preparation of contracts, dealing with clients,
• On line searches, monthly billings,
• Diary management, typing Minutes,
• Some dictation, first and final conveyancing letters and general administration duties.

You

You will need to have a minimum of 2 years Conveyancing and/or Property Legal Assistant experience. You will also have excellent client service skills and organisational skills.

The Law Firm / Salary / Benefits

Well established law firm based in the Brisbane CBD. Have 15 staff. Salary is negotiable, dependent upon experience (between $70,000 - $80,000 + Super). Also offer 1 day a week WFH.
