The role:

This is a busy and rewarding position where you’ll be a key part of the client experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing client files from start to finish with accuracy and efficiency
- Preparing and formatting correspondence, contracts, and court documents
- Confidently liaising with clients, taking instructions, and handling enquiries
- Coordinating diaries, meetings, and travel for your team
- Assisting with billing and general administration to keep matters moving smoothly

What we’re looking for:

- Previous experience as a Legal Assistant (absolute minimum of 2+ years exp)
- Strong file management skills and attention to detail
- Someone who thrives on responsibility and can juggle deadlines with ease
- A confident communicator who enjoys working directly with clients
- Ambition. Drive. A hunger to progress into senior and leadership roles
- A proactive, team-focused attitude
