The Law Firm

Our client is a well known and highly regarded global law firm. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant to join their team.

The Role

You will be support lawyers across all practice areas giving you endless variety and exposure to new areas of law. The role will involve assisting preparing and amending legal documents and correspondence, managing calls and emails, client reporting, expense management, liaising with clients, diary management, assisting with co-ordinating events, filing and other administrative duties as required.

You

To be suitable for this position, you will have 2 years previous legal assistant or legal secretary experience in a law firm, together with intermediate Microsoft Office skills. You will also be proactive, be keen to take on any task and have excellent communication skills .
