Be the driving force behind enterprise-wide network transformation for an iconic healthcare business, modernising connectivity across 180+ sites and directly supporting essential health services. Your expertise will deliver secure, resilient, and high-performing network services that underpin critical service delivery.

You’ll step into a hands-on, technical leadership role where you’ll own design, implementation, and optimisation across a complex enterprise environment. Backed by a committed IT function and a clear technology roadmap, this role blends technical depth with vendor and stakeholder engagement.

What You’ll Lead

• End-to-end design, implementation, and optimisation of secure enterprise network architectures
• Delivery of SD-WAN and hybrid connectivity across 180+ sites
• Migration and support of Cisco Meraki platforms, routers, and switches
• Evolution of observability, automation, and performance monitoring capabilities
• Integration of cloud and data centre networking, including Azure environments
• Vendor and carriage provider engagement (e.g. TPG/Telstra, Aussie Broadband, LAB3, Access 4)
• Support of telephony and collaboration platforms (Cisco WebEx, Microsoft Teams Voice); and
• Embedding of network security, redundancy, and best practices.

What You’ll Bring

• Deep enterprise networking expertise: design, implementation and troubleshooting.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco Meraki, enterprise routers/switches, SD-WAN.
• Strong understanding of WAN protocols (MPLS, VPNs, broadband).
• Exposure to Azure networking and cloud-based infrastructure.
• Familiarity with collaboration/voice systems (WebEx, Teams Voice) advantageous.
• Experience with observability and network automation (Ansible, Python, PowerShell) advantageous.
• CCNP or equivalent certification preferred; CCNA minimum; and
• Strong stakeholder skills – able to partner with vendors and business leaders.
