What Your Day Could Look Like

Manage a well-maintained property portfolio with in-office and field support

Handle arrears, maintenance, lease/rent reviews, and tenant/landlord communications

Conduct entry, exit, and routine inspections with professional reporting

Manage general property management tasks

Attend QCAT/Tribunal matters when required

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have

Previous experience in Real Estate or Property Management

Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration

Strong organisation and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

A proactive, can-do attitude and eagerness to learn

A valid driver’s licence
