About the Role:

You’ll be joining a high-performing team of like-minded individuals, who started out just where you are now.

On a day-to-day basis you will:

Use your legal knowledge (and our training) to analyse and address unlawful online content.

Draft content removal requests with precision and care to facilitate the removal of online content

Monitor the ongoing removal process, including making appeals where necessary to ensure our clients' reputations are restored.

Stay ahead of the curve with the latest in digital platforms and defamation law changes.

Work with internal teams (such as the Account Management team) to ensure we provide maximum value for our clients

General administration tasks, record keeping of work completed and the use of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Zendesk
