The Role

As a Commercial Property Legal Secretary, you will support 2 Solicitors at a well established progressive law firm. Your duties will include -

• Dealing with clients, diary management,
• preparing for client meetings
• Dictation
• drafting correspondence
• On line searches, in house stamping and lodgements
• data entry in PEXA,
• billings and general file management /administration duties.

Your Experience

You will have a minimum of 2 years Property or Conveyancing Legal Secretary experience.

The Law Firm / Salary

Well established law firm based at Bundall. 70 staff. Salary negotiable dependent upon experience (between $80,000 - $95,000 package including super).
