Clarity Partners is partnering with a publicly-listed Australian business that has evolved into one of the country’s largest insurance broking and financial services networks. The company offers a collaborative culture and career development opportunities for its team including events across Australia and overseas.

We are currently seeking an Account Executive to join a high-performing Corporate team in Perth. In this role, you'll work closely with a dynamic Account Director to support a $3M book of business across a broad client base. With a mix of SME, mid-market and Corporate clients, ranging from racecourses to mining to property developers to logistics firms, no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day servicing of a diverse client portfolio alongside the Account Director
  • Prepare, review, and refine insurance documentation produced by offshore support
  • Attend client meetings (in-person, online, or on-site) with the Account Director to build strong client relationships
  • Manage renewal prioritisation, inbox tasks, and weekly pipeline reviews in collaboration with the team
  • Deliver high-quality and accurate outputs under time-sensitive conditions
  • Maintain strong communication with internal teams, including offshore support and WA claims

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years experience in a general insurance brokerage
  • Tier 1 highly desired, although not essential, however a willingness to complete is necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail — this is the most critical requirement
  • High level of efficiency with the ability to deliver quality work at pace
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive approach — asks questions to ensure accuracy and learning
  • A genuine commitment to delivering exceptional client service
