Account Executive – Commercial Insurance
Location: Perth CBD, Western Australia
Salary: $80,000–$85,000 + Super

What You’ll Do

Hit the ground running alongside a senior broker to:

• Lead policy renewals, quotes and endorsements end-to-end
• Offer sharp, practical claims advice and support
• Host in-person or virtual catchups that build real trust
• Negotiate with underwriters for the best possible terms
• You’ll jump straight into real work, but we’ve got your back with regular check-ins and peer support.

About You

We’d love to hear from you if:

• You’ve got 1–3 years’ solid commercial broking under your belt (Tier 1 or 2 qualified)
• You’re the type who spots a potential snag before the client even knows it’s there
• You pride yourself on accuracy—quotes and docs are always on point
• You’re a natural communicator (phone, email and face-to-face)
• Change excites you, not scares you
• You have full Australian work rights
