Operate and maintain roasting equipment, ensuring proper calibration and function.

Monitor roasting processes, adjusting times, temperatures, and airflow to achieve optimal roast results.

Inspect roasted beans for quality, ensuring they meet the desired flavour profile.

Organize and store roasted coffee beans in proper conditions to maintain freshness.

Assist with inventory management of green beans, ensuring accurate stock levels.

Maintain a clean and safe roasting area, adhering to all health and safety protocols.

Participate in testing and cupping of coffee to assess quality and consistency.

3. Delivery Driver:

Safely deliver coffee beans, equipment, and other products to customers, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.

Follow delivery routes and schedules, ensuring products arrive in good condition.

Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients and answering any questions they may have.

Handle cash transactions and process deliveries, ensuring all paperwork is completed accurately.

Inspect vehicles regularly for maintenance and report any issues to the manager.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of delivery vehicles.
