We’re seeking a dynamic Construction Project Supervisor to lead our growing team, drive operational excellence, and deliver high-performing outcomes across major government and private sector contracts, as well as other essential social infrastructure programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead our NSW Operations across trades, projects, and maintenance services

Responsible for accurate and benchmark service delivery that will directly impact P&L for this business unit

Drive service excellence, compliance, and operational KPIs

Manage major, multi-year government contracts and Tier 1 client partnerships

Strengthen subcontractor and supply chain performance

Build trusted relationships with key clients with major 1B+ tier-1 contractors.

What We’re Looking For:

· Proven leadership experience in operations, construction, or asset maintenance

· A track record in building teams, instilling culture.

· Good commercial acumen, contract management & reporting skills

· Background in government, social housing, or infrastructure contracts

· Proven people leadership and client engagement capabilities

· MUST HOLD a Builders or Trade License.
