About the Role

Qvolt Solar is on the lookout for an experienced, motivated and ethical Solar & Battery Sales Professional to join our growing team, servicing the Gold Coast and surrounding areas.

This is a contract position offering the potential to earn $250,000+ OTE, with uncapped commissions and no cold calling required.

You’ll be backed by a strong support team and high-quality, in-house generated leads—allowing you to focus on doing what you do best: closing deals and delivering value to homeowners ready to invest in solar and battery solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

Conducting in-home consultations to understand each customer’s energy needs

Recommending tailored solar and battery packages

Preparing and delivering professional proposals that clearly outline benefits and ROI

Managing contract negotiations and handovers to the operations team

Building long-term relationships with clients through outstanding service

What We're Looking For

Minimum 3 years of solar or renewable energy sales experience

A proven track record of success in consultative sales

Strong communication and presentation skills

Professional, reliable, and self-driven

Comfortable working autonomously and consistently achieving high performance
