About the Role:

Key Responsibilities

Greet and Serve customers with a positive attitude

Operate the POS system and handle cash/card transactions accurately

Package and present baked goods for display and takeaway

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of front of house and service areas

Restocking of products, fridges and displays throughout the day

Assist with Opening and closing procedures

Support the team and ensure smooth daily operations

What We're looking for

Previous retail experience (bakery or cafe experience is a plus)

Must be an Australian citizen with appropriate work rights

Minimum 1+ years of retail or customer service experience required

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Ability to multi-task and stay calm under pressure

Well-groomed and professional presentation

Punctual, reliable and strong team player

Flexible availability (position includes weekend work) must be able to work between the hours of 5am-6pm
