About the role

Join the team at Totally Workwear Loganholme as a fulltime Sales Assistant and Workwear Consultant. In this position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and assisting customers in finding the perfect workwear solutions for their needs. The role is based in our Loganholme, QLD 4129 store.

What you'll be doing

Greet and engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner

Assess customers' workwear requirements and recommend suitable products

Assist customers with product selection, fitting and purchase

Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently

Maintain store tidiness and visual merchandising standards

Contribute to achieving the store's sales and customer service targets

Participate in team meetings and training sessions

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the workwear industry

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Excellent product knowledge and the ability to make recommendations

Passion for providing outstanding customer service

Ability to work effectively as part of a team

Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
