Work for one of the oldest bullion companies in Australia as their dedicated inventory and treasury specialist working in a team of highly talented and very fast paced individuals.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• management of all inventory items including running a systematic movement, storage, tracking, receipting and reporting process;
• managing and checking of all invoices and purchase notes before dispatch;
• end of day stocktake;
• customer service and delivery;
• validate incoming stock;
• risk assessment of transactions.

Your experience will include a strong stock management and reconciliation background with exceptional attention to detail and problem solving skills.

This role is based in the office 5 days per week as you will be the key to managing the daily stock levels.

Ideally you will have a background in warehouse/distribution and be able to bring your strong work ethic and ability to pivot your focus when required due to a constantly changing environment.

You will be required to complete a Police check for this role.
