🔧 Your Day-to-Day:

• Troubleshoot and fix tech issues with hardware, software, networks, and mobile devices.
• Create easy-to-understand guides to help teammates level up their skills.
• Welcome new team members with onboarding support and tech setup.
• Keep our IT assets organized and up-to-date.
• Travel interstate now and then to roll out new systems and tech upgrades

🌟 About You:

• 1-2 years in a Service Desk or similar role.
• A relevant IT qualification or degree (or working towards one!).
• Know your way around Microsoft tools: Active Directory, Windows 10/11, Office365, Teams, Intune, iOS devices.
• Bonus points for experience with Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate, Power Apps), SharePoint, or Dynamics.
• A great phone communicator who loves building relationships.
• Flexible, proactive, and eager to learn.
• Willing to work outside usual hours on occasions and travel interstate when needed.
