Key Responsibilities:

Track and manage all live jobs daily across multiple suppliers, updating clients proactively.

Communicate delivery updates, changes, and issues promptly to clients and suppliers.

Close off jobs daily: upload delivery dockets, check details in ServiceM8, cross-check billing.

Review upcoming bookings, confirm job and pricing details, and process payments.

Provide thorough end-of-shift handovers.

Maintain daily job data and reporting via Excel.

Answer inbound calls and respond to enquiries across phone, email, and text.

Capture bookings accurately and complete associated admin tasks.

Conduct outbound calls for job bookings and product enquiries.

Cross-sell Reofamily products and services to new and existing clients.

Help maintain a clean, safe, and professional workspace.

Support the mobile phone line and ensure prompt responses.

Identify opportunities to improve office systems and processes.

Performance Goals:

Deliver exceptional customer service and meet daily service and accuracy targets. Attention to detail and multi tasking is critical.

Maintain accurate and timely job records using ServiceM8.

Respond to all enquiries professionally and promptly.

Present yourself with professionalism, reliability, and integrity at all times.

Qualifications:

Certificate III or above in Administration, Customer Service or related field, or

2+ years equivalent experience in an office-based customer service role.
