Our client specialises in the flavour and fragrance industry, located in Smithfield. We’re looking for reliable and motivated individuals to join their Liquids Production Team in a hands-on role that’s essential to the creation of the products that shape the taste and scent of everyday experiences.

About the Role
As a Production Operator in the Liquids Department, you’ll play a key part in the accurate and safe blending, batching, and processing of liquid flavour and fragrance ingredients. You’ll be working with precision equipment in a clean, well-organised, and safety-first manufacturing environment.

For You:

• Day shift role
• 6am – 2:30pm
• $33.38 p/hr + super
• Monday to Friday role
• Ongoing role with no daily confirmation from the agency!
• Free onsite parking

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and mix liquid batches according to detailed formulations
• Operate pumps, mixers, and other processing equipment
• Accurately weigh, measure, and handle raw materials
• Maintain clean and hygienic workstations following GMP standards
• Complete batch documentation and follow safety procedures
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
• Average product weight to lift is 5 kgs

About You:
To be successful in obtaining this role you will:

• Have previous experience in food, beverage, pharmaceutical, or chemical manufacturing is highly desirable
• Have previous experience in liquids manufacturing
• Be comfortable with manual handling and working in a fast-paced environment
• Have strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality
• Must adhere to strict WHS policy and procedures on site
• Must have an understanding of GMP and HACCP procedures
• Have the ability to work in a environment with strong smells
• Must be reliable and responsible at all times
• Have the capacity to work autonomously as well as within a team
• Have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Have the ability to follow strict orders and work systematically
• Forklift licence is advantageous
