An established and highly regarded Australian food manufacturer is seeking committed and detail-oriented Production Operators to join its growing team. Pay rate: $32.32 per hour

Key Responsibilities

Packing food products like sauces on a fast paced conveyor line

Operate machinery and equipment in accordance with safety and quality standards

Conduct visual quality checks and report any deviations or non-conformances

Accurately weigh, pack, and label products according to specifications

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of work areas in line with food safety standards

Support team performance by adhering to production schedules and targets

Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and company policies at all times

Cleaning parts, empty buckets, lids and tanks.

Requirements

Previous experience in food manufacturing or a similar production environment

Strong commitment to workplace safety and product quality

Physically capable of manual handling (up to 25kg) and standing for extended periods

Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced setting

A proactive and reliable team player with strong communication skills

Flexible work hours for the day shift (starting between 5-7am)
