• Provide administration support for government reporting and staff training
• Manage staff contracts, onboarding, and compliance records
• Oversee policy portals, injury registers, workers comp, and return-to-work programs
• Maintain overseas student compliance documentation

What we're looking for:

• Senior-level experience in administration and HR (school experience highly regarded)
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
• Excellent interpersonal skills to engage with a wide range of people
• Strong database skills and solid knowledge of MS Office
• Calm, clear thinker who performs well under pressure
• Current Working With Children Check and Vaccination Certificate (Public Health Order)
