What You’ll Do:

Be the Skipper of Fun and Safety, ensuring smooth operations and a safe environment for all guests.

Lead, motivate, and support your team to deliver outstanding customer service.

Oversee daily operations, including staff supervision, maintenance checks, and guest flow.

Dive in to solve problems, handle incidents professionally, and keep the good times rolling.

Keep the park looking its best, with a focus on cleanliness and presentation.

What We’re Looking For:

A natural leader with strong communication and people skills 🎤.

Experience in supervision, customer service, or the tourism/hospitality industry.

A cool-headed problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments 💡.

An eye for safety and attention to detail (Lifeguard certification is a bonus!).

First Aid & CPR training is a must

Availability to work weekends, school holidays, and during peak seasons and be able to work up to 38 hours per week
